Ruby loves the environment!

Ruby Steps It UpRuby and her Mom came out to support Dad and the rest of the FUSF Green Committee at their local Step It Up 2007 Global Warming Rally on Saturday. The tail end of hurricane Noel created some non-baby-friendly conditions so she couldn’t stay much longer than it took to snap this photo. But the rest of the group hauled two large truck loads of trash out of the Del Carte Open Space in Franklin!

If you’re interested in preserving our planet for Ruby, her friends, and for all future generations, you can help by contacting your local congress person and asking for 3 simple things:

  1. Create more green jobs that will conserve 20% of our energy by 2050
  2. Cut carbon emissions 80% by 2050 and 30% by 2020
  3. NO NEW coal-fired power plants!
